Went to see a movie with a friend. Kids were sneaking in at an insane rate. The movie we saw was rated R and 85% of the kids in there were under age. They were loud, on their phones, and even drinking alcohol. The kids in front of us in line were talking about ACT prep, which you take when you’re like 15. No one was ID’d and I couldn’t pay attention to the movie due to kids being obnoxious. Will never come here again.

This place is awesome! It's an old school small town theater. I wish we would've discovered it sooner. Everything is reasonably priced and they have good popcorn. Also, they are cash only, so if you hate atm fees like me, bring cash.

Over the last few years capitol theatre seemed to really be going downhill BUT the last couple times we went I could tell they had really stepped up their game!! Bathrooms are MUCH cleaner, the woman who sold us our tickets was kind and professional, they had a ticket checker to make sure everyone entering the theatre had a purchased ticket AND they were giving out free samples of this delicious chocolate/coffee frappachino drink that they offer. Reminds me of back in the day when they first opened. Crushing it!!!
